MARK MEYERS | PRESIDENT
THE PROFESSOR
After 30 years I guess you would say that he’s found a home in the industry! A passion for selling is what drives him to the brink! When you come into the showroom you may hear him say, “Welcome to CiCi’s!” - Because in his early days on the road he spent a LOT of time at CiCis pizza! He’s usually in a sequined jacket and he might bust out in song. (He can actually can carry a tune!)
Mark is all about creating an environment that is comfortable and fun but ultimately about helping his customers and brands become successful. He is often asked for advice and will gladly bend your ear! From his beginning in 1990 selling screen printed tee shirts to his early days selling iconic brands such as Ocean Pacific and Calvin Klien, and working with major retailers like May Co and JC Penney’s, Mark has been fortunate to have the guidance from industry veterans to groom him, and the encouragement of his family to follow his dream of owning his own sales agency.
In 1995, Mark stepped away from the corporate world of fashion and opened his first solo showroom in Dallas and in 2004 opened “The Remedy Group” at the World Trade Center. With the help of many talented employees, past and present, Remedy has grown into a multimillion dollar producing agency in the mid-south with over 800+ active boutique accounts and a reputation for being a hard-working agency that is committed to being the best at what they do.
You will frequently hear Mark say things like, “You never get a second chance to make a first impression“ or “in order to be a successful company, we have to do the things that unsuccessful companies don’t do” - both of which he learned at an early age from his Dad, and works hard to instill in his team and the companies Remedy represents.
Mark has been fortunate to have the help and encouragement from family, friends and industry colleagues, past and present, as well as employees that have helped Remedy become the Brand Building Agency that it is today and one of the busiest showrooms in the Dallas fashion scene.
Mark will gladly tell you that the best part of him is the love of his life, Shannon! They live in Dallas with their two Weenie dogs Mocha and Lulu.

TAY TAY
Taylor began her career at Remedy in May 2016. She fell in love with fashion at a very young age, and owes it all to her Great Grandmother “GiGi” who has always been an inspiration to her. She attended the University of Arkansas where she graduated with a degree in Apparel Merchandising and Product Development. While in Fayetteville she gained experience by working at a local boutique, then went into retail after she finished her degree. She is about as small town as they come.. but left her roots to move to Dallas to follow her dreams and passions with Remedy. She is a denim junkie and loves to play dress up…You can always tell what kind of mood she is in by what she is wearing.
ABIGAIL HANNAN | VP OF OPERATIONS
THE GATE KEEPER
Abigail began her career in the fashion industry over 15 years ago. She was a Senior Buyer for 2 major department stores, where she bought multiple categories. She joined Remedy in January 2018 to see the other side of the industry. Abigail is originally from Madison, Mississippi. She graduated from Mississippi State University with Honors and a B.B.S. in Management. She was a member of Phi Mu sorority and loves all things pink. She loves to watch sports; unfortunately, she can’t play anymore because she has a metal foot.
KATY SHIPLEY | BRAND MANAGER
Katy is a proud 2020 graduate of the University of Arkansas holding a degree in Fashion Merchandising and Product Development. She began her love of all things girlie and creative at a young age hand sewing her Halloween costumes and clothes. Her interests expanded to hair and makeup throughout her middle and high school years and she earned a crowning achievement selected for a summer internship with the Couture house of Christian Siriano in the heart of Manhattan her junior year in college. Katy loves people and enjoys merging her knowledge of fashion and humanity to make others lives more beautiful!
DANIELA MARTINEZ | SALES ASSISTANT
Meet our newest member of the Remedy Team, Dani!
She is a graduate of Baylor University where she received a Bachelors Degree in Apparel Design and Product Development. She graduated in 3 years and started working really young. She loves all things creative: art, design, and music! Dani interned with Under Armour and David’s Bridal where she developed skills in technical design and alterations. Dani loves exploring; finding new places to visit and trying new foods.
